Phone notification question

I am going on a trip and would like 1 camera to notify my phone. I can't find a help link from arlo to chat with so I'm here. I have the notification on for that camera but it only goes to my desk top. i need it to my phone. How?

Since the PC gets a notification it would seem that a phone setting for the app is set to disable notifications. That's not the default so you would have had to (erroneously?) changed it. If the setting is correct, try rebooting your phone and reinstalling the app.
