Arlo Pro2 can do all except record

Arlo Pro2 has worked great for years.

Fiber guy came in to reset modem after some onsite work and it hasn't recorded since.

I have turned on/off base station. I have confirmed the direct ethernet connection is working. I can do live viewing to my cameras. I can do a motion test to my cameras. Both the base station and cameras appear "armed".

I have read other message board items related to this and am wits end.

Other users have reported that this resolves it for them:

Remove the base and cameras from the account.
Do a paper-clip reset of the base.
Add the base and cameras back to the account.

@Vermontwoods is your Pro 2 working as expected now?
