    <description>&lt;P&gt;I went on a vacation recently. To my regret,&amp;nbsp; I downloaded the new system upgrade on my Arlo app... briefly before leaving the house. As soon as I did that...it erased all my video library history. It was recording videos...until I did it for 7 days. Also, have no access to support anymore. I've been using Arlo system since 2021....for free&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Odd, as we haven't seen that reported here by other users.&amp;nbsp; Can you confirm the camera model?&amp;nbsp; Arlo stopped manufacturing the Pro 2 in 2019.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Are you seeing new recordings in "Feed"?&amp;nbsp; If you livestream a camera, can you make a manual recording?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;LI&gt;Go to the devices page&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Select the base&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;LI&gt;Press storage settings&lt;/LI&gt;
&lt;/OL&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should see them there.&lt;/P&gt;
