Hi there,

We have had our Arlo cameras for almost 3 years, and all of a sudden all four of them are not charging. It used to be that if we let the camera run out of battery, we could have to hook it into the charger, let it charge a bit, then remove the camera from our app and redownload the camera when it was done charging. Now, it won't let us charge them at all or sync them back to our base. Anyone have any ideas? One other note, when we plug the cameras in initially a blue light is seen, so we know the system recognizes the charger, it just isn't charging.

First, it's a good idea to proactively charge the batteries. That said, try this procedure (you have to plug and unplug multiple times top get enough charge into the battery to allow it to then fully charge):

https://kb.arlo.com/000052305/My-Arlo-Pro-or-Arlo-Pro-2-battery-is-dead-what-do-I-do

Also, note that you must use a Qualcomm-rated charger that supplies both 5v and 9v outputs. 5 volts will run the camera but not charge the camera.
