Remove primary account

How do I remove my ex from being primary...he has moved out and I don't want him having access...note...I removed camera devices...if I buy a new base, can I still use cameras or will he be able to view? He will not communicate...not sure what to do...please help! Smart hub was listed under devices.

If he is the primary account holder, then there isn't much you can do without his cooperation (unless you have the password to his account).

If you do a factory reset of the base (with a paper clip), then he shouldn't be able to access the cameras. But I don't think you will be able to add the base and cameras to your own account unless they are first removed from his.
