Ever since I downloaded the new dashboard I am not getting banner or sound notifications on my iPhone

I have not been able to receive notifications for Geofencing in and out since upgrading to the newer App. I have checked all the settings and they are correct. I am on version 4.12 of the App.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.

I have checked all the iOS settings and the Arlo app settings. In settings the Location In/Out Notifications is on. Location is always with precise location on. Notification has sounds on.

In Arlo - Notification Tone is Marimba and Mute notifications is off.

Have you tried removing and reinstalling the arlo app on the devices? Are the modes actually switching when in and out of the area?

Yes and the mode is switching. I just don’t get any notification in/ out of geofencing.

Can you try adding an action for Send notification > Next > Notify Everyone > Save > Save
