My trial ran out so I purchased a new Secure subscription but it’s not recording my feed. Any help?

What's your active mode? Have you checked the rules in it? Also, check your subscription status to verify your cameras are in it.

Devices and event type are active if that’s what you mean. How do I check to see if cameras are in sub status?

No, I mean the name of the mode (Armed, Disarmed, Schedule). In the mode, do the cameras have rules? Screenshots may be useful.

Check the subscription status in Settings, Subscription.

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?

If you can, then the camera is in a subscription plan.
