Arlo Pro 2 battery not working

Arlo set came with 3 cameras, 4 batteries so always had spare battery. Recently bought a camera to use the battery.

Camera will not work with battery.

Tried the other batteries in the new camera and it works, connects fine.

Work with spare battery when plugged in.

Blue light comes on and shows charging lightning bolt for spare battery.

Spare battery does not work in any of the cameras.

I let it charge for days/week+...

Any ideas? Battery has just been sitting in box, rarely used. Tried cleaning contacts, etc.

That might be the problem. If the battery fully discharges, it can be hard to get it working again.
