One of my cameras are not recording. The others are. Anybody experience this issue? What is the cause and fix?

This is a pro 2?

Can you make a manual recording while livestreaming the camera?

Good, that means that the camera does have cloud storage.

Next try the motion detection test for the camera. The steps are in this article:

I changed motion sensitivity and it still does not work. It only records when it picks up sound.

You're saying the motion test does not work? That implies a faulty camera. If you're editing the camera rule in your modes with motion detection enabled, that's not necessarily the same thing.
