One of my cameras that was stolen a few years back now shows that it is powered on in my app (battery life displayed). There is no video and just a message that a firmware update is required.

Anyone know if the location can be tracked down?

I would suggest that the missing pro2 camera is close enough to access your arlo base station, 300ft.

You could try moving the base station around the property with extended cables to see when the camera signal strength changes to give you a general direction. This suggestion is not a proven solution for direction finding but worth trying to see if it works.

If you wait for the firmware update step, then you might be able to see the video - giving you some idea on where the camera is.
