Just want to double check, all events are recorded and stored even if the mobile device is off. Then when mobile device is on and application is opened, you can view everything that occurred when the mobile device was off. Correct? Arlo Pro 2 cameras (5 of them).

Correct. The recordings are all stored in the cloud. The app / mobile device just let you access them.
