How to Remove User Access?

Hello,

How do I remove a User from accessing the cameras without a factory reset? My sister and brother in law are parting ways and I want to remove his access to the cameras. Under "Grant Access" it shows 0, but I know that's false because my sister is still able to access the cameras with her login.

Is she logging in using the same credentials that you use or a different account entirely? Any shared users will show in and can be removed from, Grant Access settings. See here: https://kb.arlo.com/1101094/How-do-I-delete-friends-from-my-Arlo-account
