Today I called customer support 5 times in the UK, the call was taken and put on hold for about 5 minutes then it just cut off everytime, is this the usual level of support from Arlo?

Hi,

No, I still cannot get an answer to my inquiry, which was will the Solar Panels work with my Arlo Pro 2 cameras, you would not think it would be so difficult to get an answer from a support team.

What is the part number?

The Arlo panel for the Pro 2 is the VMA4600.
