How do you access User Manuals?

I'm trying to access the arlo pro 2 user manual from the arlo pages but when doing so get the following error message. I've tried talking to the chat bot but it is just pathetic experience and understands nothing. Any help appreciated.

OK found the manual in the community pages instead of trying to get it from the main web page.
