Cannot update credit card Arlo Pro 2

ARLO support is a misnomer. It is not support. It is an abortion.

All I want to do is change my credit card. But, when I sign in to ARLO.com and click on my account, all that shows up is my name, cell phone, and email. I tried another avenue and followed the directions but the options for Account and Subscription were grayed out. There is no simple way to change a credit card number. The whole website is convoluted and a mess. There are lots of products but no way to simply change a credit card. I will never buy an ARLO product again! And as soon as I can find a replacement I will take it! ARLO is not supporting my version any more. They just dropped it. This whole system is **** up.

It says correct highlighted errors and try again. But, THERE ARE NO HIGHLIGHTED ERRORS!
