I have a defective Solar Panel that you sent me in 2022 as a replacement for another defective panel. The panel is full of water it is VMA4600. The case number was 43047524 which is closed now.

I've had 2 solar panels fail, 1st one the arlo company replaced, the 2nd one just failed , all this during the year's warranty, and after 3 hours with support, they are ghosting me.

Never buy this product, poor customer service, and they don't stand by their own warranty.
