The middle LED is for the Internet connection. Since it's off, that means it's not even connected to the router. Rebooting the router and base, in that order, may help but the more likely issue is that the Ethernet cable isn't properly connected to the base and/or router. Verify that connection first.

Arlo PRO 2 Base not being found even after reset.

Model VMB4000

On the front of the unit, there are three lights; the first one is Green, second it Off and third is Orange.

I've reset the unit a few times and still not able to get it seen in the app or web (my.arlo.com).

I think I had jumped the gun on resetting the base by deleting it from my profile first. Aside from that, I used the reset button as described in this webpage.

https://kb.arlo.com/1057976/How-can-I-reset-my-Arlo-SmartHub-or-Base-Station
