Does the camera work at all? It sounds to me like a faulty camera, especially since you already swapped batteries.

I have a problem with one camera in my 5 camera Pro 2 system. The battery is fully charged (plus I've tried switching batteries) but as soon as I close the camera door I get a constant (not flickering) blue sync light. I brought it in next to the base station, held the SYNC buttons on both the camera and the base, but it never syncs. Sometimes there's a blinking red light instead of the blue light but it goes away and the constant blue light reappears.

Any suggestions?

Is AC power being applied? That would keep the blue LED lit (unless the setting in the camera settings is disabled).

No AC power is applied to the camera....only to the base. The camera is working strictly wirelessly.
