I want to add a doorbell to my Arlo Pro 2 System. Which doorbell connects to my Arlo Base without a subscription plan?

None if you want cloud recordings. Your Pro 2s were sold with 7-day cloud recording. Arlo stopped doing that for new models back in 2018. So the doorbells (like all current cameras) require a subscription for cloud recording.
