Are you logged in to the correct account? What does the LED behavior show on the base station?

Yes, I am using the correct account. None of the devices including the base are showing in Arlo app dashboard.

The lights on the base are green and it looks the base is communicating. Should I invest in new version of Arlo?

Try factory resetting the base station and then re-onboard as if it were new.

They don't show anymore even if I try to add devices. None my devices are showing.

When I try to access my cameras in orlo using my iphone, I see a blank page.

Are you saying that you cannot log into the app?

Or that you are seeing no devices on the devices screen after you log in?

I was able to get in hold of Arlo support. They really did great job in helping resolving the issue. Thank you again
