Need a charger for VCS3000C

I purchased the Arlo Pro 2 from Costco (VCS3000C) and I need a new charger but I can't find one. The charger sold on the arlo website is not compatible, the battery won't fit in the charging station (basically the battery is too big to fit). Is there a non-arlo charger that I can find online somewhere? Otherwise I am just going to throw away the Arlo and switch to another company. Customer service was no help because they recommended me to purchase the charging station that doesn't fit. The original charger wasn't a traditional plug in, it has a cap like connector.

Thanks for responding. That's the one I bought and it is not compatible. The battery/camer is almost 1.5x-2× the size of all the ones I see in pictures of "Arlo Pro 2". Despite the fact that the box says Arlo Pro 2, this model I got from Costco is a lot larger.

You can confirm the model by looking inside the camera housing (with the battery removed). There is a label inside. Would be good to know what it says.
