Can I remove a granted user?

Hi,

I need help on how to remove my future ex from my arlo account. We are separating and I would like to remove him from a main account so he doesn’t have access anymore to view my cameras. I’m the secondary and can’t really do changes on the account.
please help!

You have this backwards - he is sharing the cameras from his account to yours. You'll need his cooperation.

You can either

delete your account
change the email address on his account to yours
change the password so he no longer has access
change the payment method if you have a subscription

remove the devices from his account
cancel his subscription (if he has one)
add them to your account
resubscribe.
