All cameras off line

Now my cameras are showing offline as off 4:33pm eastern iam in Maryland. Rebooted bases and router still nothing.

If you log in to a different device (PC, Android, iOS), do you still experience the same behavior?

@JamesC Happens both pc and app on both 4500 bases 4.0 app. When opening pc or app I can view and live stream cameras for about 30 seconds and both bases drop offline.

Thanks for the information, the development team is currently investigating these lingering reports.

Some additional fixes have been made. You may have to log out of the app and back in but this issue should now be resolved.
