Camera stuck on footage from 35 days ago

My camera is stuck on footage from 35 days ago I try to reconnect it to see if that help and nothing I’ve even deleted the camera and added it back

No it won’t record anything which is weird it’s just stuck on that footage

Francisco10_R,

Remove the camera from your account, remove and reapply power to your base station. Allow the base station to come back online and then sync the camera as if it were new. Do you still experience the same behavior?

Yes I did that

I’m even bought a new battery for it thinking maybe it would help but no it’s still stuck
