    <description>&lt;P&gt;I currently have several Arlo cameras and am about to trash them. This is the fourth time this year they have caused issues with video recordings not being able to be accessed unless you have a subscription. Super annoying considering this company advertises “free” video recording. Terrible company and even worse customer service!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you provide details on what camera models and Base station model. If you have pro2 cameras they are bundled with the 7days free cloud storage, newer cameras require subscription for cloud library storage.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
