What happened Arlo 2

all of my cameras went off-line is there an update going on or something? My base station keeps blinking the middle light the app says no bass station is found, but it seems to be recording into the library but I can’t see live cameras it just spins, can anyone help me?

my cameras are flashing in and out on my laptop using windows 11. the app doesn't work

Need more details on both the web browser as well as the app. For the app, do you get the same thing on both WiFi and cell service (no WiFi connected)?
