arlo pro 2 can't log in

Tried to log in. wouldn't let me. then it sent verification codes to my phone but to numbers that weren't mine. I reset password but now still cant log in. typing in new password and it just goes back to login but with password missingg. Have restarted phone many times and uninstalled and reinstalled many times. nothing working yet.

Yes. Everytime Itry to log in the password disappears. I try again and disappears.

Ok finally started to work but had to get verification code from email. Would not come to phone text. So hopefully I'm ok from now on. Thank you.
