      <title>timeline feature not working</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;CVR is not supported on this device.&lt;/P&gt; 
&lt;P&gt;The timeline feature first quit working on the tablet, then the phone and now the PC. Still getting charged every month.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having the same issue. I have an active subscription and have been using the timeline feature. But was suddenly told that “CVR is not supported on this device”. The webcam is working and I can see the video stream. Please help - it is extremely important that the recording function is reliable - parents who are not at home rely on this function heavily.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
