      <title>VMC 4030P, no EOL email received</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Like many others, I never received an email notifying of EOL for my 5 Arlo Pro 2 cameras.&amp;nbsp; After searching, I see there is an upgrade offer.&amp;nbsp; When I enter my email, I get the following message: "&lt;SPAN&gt;We’re sorry, based on the email address provided, you are not eligible for the EOL offer."&amp;nbsp; I use that email to log into the app on my phone and on the PC website as well.&amp;nbsp; My email is registered with Arlo and I shouldn't be getting this message.&amp;nbsp; Please help. Thank you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The arlo pro2 cameras have a 12 month life extension to 2025. The 7days free cloud storage is no longer impacted.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
