Why is Arlo not upfront and tell us consumers that thei products suck in colder parts of the US. Maybe don’t sell them in the Northern USA. Fully charged, and offline! Maybe the assumption is thieves don’t steal in cold weather. My Eufy cameras work just great at my lake home 5 miles from the Canadian Border. “Very disappointed in North Dakota!!! Solution, Refund? The Arlo pro2 cameras are scheduled as EOL at years end.

The camera may work at a lower temperature if you remove the battery and use an external power supply.

The camera shuts down because it can’t use the battery when it’s too cold.
