      <title>Cameras freezing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I still use a base station with my Pro 2 &amp;amp; 3 cameras.&amp;nbsp; Lately they have been timing out or freezing up so I called in and received a call back from tech support who told me that my cameras and base need to be updated but for him to do that I will have to pay him $279.&amp;nbsp; This is appalling.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;What am I paying monthly for if I have to pay for updates just to keep using the cameras that already cost a lot of money.&amp;nbsp; Has anyone encountered this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
