Pro 2 Second person access can see only one of two devices

Question: I have 2 devices (Pro 2 cameras). I have one base station (vmb4000r3). I have no problem accessing both devices (Android). I have requested access for person 2. She can see only one of the device cameras (iPad). Add device procedure cannot see the other device camera to add. Any remedy?

1.20.4.1-4214-d606780. VMB4000r3.

She can't add any cameras since you already have them configured. It rather sounds like you need to look in Settings, Grant Access to edit her account and make sure both cameras are selected.

I am certain she has full access but, will confirm. She gets alerts but cannot see the other device in the library. Thank you very much for your thoughtful response.

Yup, you did it perfectly.

Check her Library and verify that no filter is set. Perhaps that inadvertently got selected.
