    <description>&lt;P&gt;She can't add any cameras since you already have them configured. It rather sounds like you need to look in Settings, Grant Access to edit her account and make sure both cameras are selected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Question: I have 2 devices (Pro 2 cameras). I have one base station (&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;vmb4000r3&lt;/FONT&gt;). I have no problem accessing both devices (&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Android&lt;/FONT&gt;). I have requested access for person 2. She can see only one of the device cameras (&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;iPad&lt;/FONT&gt;). &amp;nbsp;Add device procedure cannot see the other device camera to add. &amp;nbsp;Any remedy? &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;U&gt;Firmware &lt;/U&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;1.20.4.1-4214-d606780. VMB4000r3.&lt;BR /&gt;1.092.1.0-9-120d8b7. H8. Both camera devices&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Check her Library and verify that no filter is set. Perhaps that inadvertently got selected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
