    <description>&lt;P&gt;You didn't perform a proper factory reset if the 3 LEDs are green. You have to hold the reset button until the LEDs start flashing amber. You must also remove the base and cameras from your account. Once these are done, you can claim the base and add the cameras back in as if new.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My arlo system went from working to not working.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It will not sync to my phone nor will it sync to my cameras. I have restarted the base and even did a factory reset. The wifi tells me an incorrect password, the three lights on the base show green but when I try to resend the cameras it will not sync them. I also try and search for the arlo base station and cameras and it says nothing found. It has worked up until about a week ago, and you cannot reach anyone on the phone to help. Is there something&amp;nbsp; I am missing can some one help me.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Also If the app on the mobile is indicating an incorrect password, try forgetting the wifi in the phone wifi settings and reconnect to the local wifi again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
