Arlo Base Middle light blinks

My middle light on the based is blinking green, I have read that its most likely getting an update. We just notice this today and we have not been getting any new videos for two days. I have power down & on today and following the instruction with no better results several times.

any thoughts on the next step would be appreciated.

It is normal for the internet led to blink green when communicating with the internet. You should see this when a camera sends video to the cloud.

Has your subscription trial ended? Can you live view the cameras and if so will they record and show in the library. If not then your subscription is not working anymore.
