If the devices are still within warranty, you can contact support within the Arlo Secure mobile app under Settings > Support to initiate a warranty claim.

We have 2 water damaged Pro 2 units that appear to need servicing - but no idea where to sent the units for repair in Eastern Europe (Hungary) - they have most likely out of warranty and we would consider payable servicing if the price is not excessive.

The units are stuck in a loop, they clash blue, purple and then orange repeatedly and then after a min or so the lights go off for a few seconds and then it starts again, until the charger is disconnected.

The IR sensors are turning with inside light and the units don't sync to the VMB4000 any more.

Would I recommend ARLO???

NO!!!

Lack of service, the cost was over 4.000.-Euro's total, and within 3 years the equipment stopped working, sorry guys unfortunately I am not a Rothschild.

So no I would not recommend your company to anyone, and I am waiting for your competitors to come out with a reasonable product and as soon as I can I will swap, because what you provide is simply a scam. No recycle no discount after having a faulty product, so I will stay away from any of your stuff in the future.
