      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my&amp;nbsp;ios app is not discovering vmb4540 base station and i have tried all the troubleshooting options&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Should i get a new basestation ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what are my options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Could you provide more details about what you're seeing? What LED behaviors are seen on the SmartHub?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Have you tried factory resetting before onboarding?&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello JamesC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, I tried all the options:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. changing the connection cable&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Rebooting the basestation&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3. Resetting to factory setup&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First I see blinking orange LED, then it goes to Blue&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Looks like the base station is gone bad.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;A few days before this happened my arlo pro 3 cameras were going offline&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;should I get new base station VMB4540 ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or is there any other option ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
