You can get help from arlo customer support if you have a subscription already. Look for a phone number in the mobile app under support and the device.

You need to be quick about it since the compatible camera support will end starting April 2023. After 2023 the 3500 base will become almost useless as no newer supported cameras are compatible to that Base model. The base does not have backup storage so no recordings can be stored. You will need to await for arlo to outline your going forward options.
