    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, My Arlo Pro 2&amp;nbsp; base station model VMB4000r3 and cameras no longer connect.&amp;nbsp; They show offline in the Arlo app and web site.&amp;nbsp; The devices have been connected without issues up until recently.&amp;nbsp; Troubleshooting efforts have not worked.&amp;nbsp; Any help is greatly appreciated.&amp;nbsp; Thanks.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Achieving some success at reconnecting the devices.&amp;nbsp; Attempted another factory reset, the base station appears to be connecting now.&amp;nbsp; Will get the cameras re-synced and see how it goes (fingers crossed).&amp;nbsp; Hopefully everything will stay connected.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
