This may sound strange but my 2 cameras and base station are showing that they are offline in the Arlo App. However, in Apple HomeKit I’m able to pull up the camera feeds. Any idea how to get the cameras back on in the app?

Are you still experiencing this issue? You may need to physically remove and reapply power to the base station. Does that resolve the issue?

I am having this same issue, devices work perfectly on homekit, stream won't load on arlo app. Sometimes you can see the recording and motion signs signaling activity on camera but video stream won’t work. Using 3 arlo baby monitors.
