    <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you confirm that you are able to manually record to the cloud library?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you see recordings in the library for motion triggered events?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What mode is the base station set for?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;Can you check the camera rules in the selected mode have notifications enabled for your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you enable email notifications in camera rules do you receive emails?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can you check the phone settings page for the arlo app that notifications are enabled?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have not received notifications from my cameras for several months now. I have done every troubleshooting thing I can think of and can find on Google. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times. I even went to the phone store and they reset my phone. I am getting notifications from my other apps, just not Arlo or Ring.&amp;nbsp; I was told no one can help me unless I have a subscription. I was also told I don't need a subscription in order to get notifications. Everything in my system is working fine, except for notifications. This makes no sense to me. How do I get notifications to come in as they always have for many years of using these cameras?&amp;nbsp; I have invested a lot of money into my cameras, but they are now virtually worthless if I don't get notifications on my phone. Please help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
