    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did your batteries die overnight like or did you let them go completely flat?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may need to power cycle the base station to get it back online then resync the cameras if the batteries still have charge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If batteries are completely dead then try the recovery article.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://kb.arlo.com/000052305/My-Arlo-Pro-or-Arlo-Pro-2-battery-is-dead-what-do-I-do" target="_self"&gt;https://kb.arlo.com/000052305/My-Arlo-Pro-or-Arlo-Pro-2-battery-is-dead-what-do-I-do&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can’t say much about the arlo support, been this way for a few years now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Arlo batteries died in all 3 cameras.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked customer support, they told me that I can't talk to customer support because I don't pay a monthly subscription.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Avoid Arlo at all costs, they offer no customer support and will not even speak to me about my problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Be smart, buy Ring Brand cameras and avoid the terrible customer service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
