Solar Panels Not Charging

I purchased a solar panel back in June 2022 and it’s no longer charging my camera and appears to have water inside the housing. I’ve already checked the positioning and that’s not the issue. I’m trying to see if the warranty will cover this but it’s insanely difficult to contact anyone from Arlo. So glad they help you when you have issues with their product. Does anyone know how to fix this other than throwing it away?

Do you have a subscription for any of the cameras?

If not, try reaching out to the mods ( @JamesC and @ShayneS ) and see if they can create a case for you. Not sure how long the warranty is on the solar panels, but they should be able to advise you on that.

That would work, though I did tag them already, so maybe just give them a chance to chime in. You can also send them a private message (PM) using the envelope icon in the upper right of the forum page.
