      <description>&lt;P&gt;All of my cameras went offline overnight. I have a spare camera and it lets me add it and works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have removed the battery from 1 of the cameras and reinstalled it. that didn't help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know what to do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I really don't want to reset everything.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The cameras can be reset by pulling the battery and any external power for 10sec.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Resync pressing the Base station top button for 2sec then press the camera top sync button for same.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;There has been recent firmware updates for the base station 4/4500.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the Base station failed to recover post the update, it is possible that the cameras lost connection and so the batteries went flat.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Not sure if this is answering the subscription question or not. But you do need a subscription (either trial or paid) to get phone support.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;So if you were troubleshooting yesterday, you might try restarting the base and looking again.  Try both the app and a PC browser (my.arlo.com).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
