Photo not video

Not really sure if the model #. Just changed the batteries, and now instead of a video , I get a photo. What might be wrong? Also, for an unknown reason the alerts are a low buzz instead of the normal chime like sound. Have checked all sound settings and cannot figure it out. Using an iPhone.

Likely not the pro2 series camera, can you remove the battery?

The photo, not video thing happened after I changed out the batteries.

Try pulling the battery for 10sec and see it will reset it working again.

It's best to not guess on the camera model, as it does make a difference. Also, please don't double-post.

Does the camera have 4 CR123 batteries? If so, it is the original Arlo Wirefree camera (not a Pro or a Go 2).

If not, then if the camera has a removable battery, then open the housing and remove it. You'll find a label inside.
