      <title>OEM charger no longer recognized</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;After two years of using Arlo OEM Solar Charger with my Pro 2 cameras I’m getting error messages that the charger is incompatible. &amp;nbsp;Help recommended that I reset to factory settings—-I did this and am still seeing error message.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please weigh in! &amp;nbsp;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you are getting this with only one camera, then I suggest swapping cameras and see if the problem moves with the camera or stays with the panel.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also, double-check that the cable isn't damaged, and is fully seated at the camera.&amp;nbsp; Check for any dirt/corrosion on the connector (both cable and camera).&lt;/P&gt;</description>
