OEM charger no longer recognized

After two years of using Arlo OEM Solar Charger with my Pro 2 cameras I’m getting error messages that the charger is incompatible. Help recommended that I reset to factory settings—-I did this and am still seeing error message.

Please weigh in! Thanks.

Is this Arlo's panel? (guessing not).

If you are getting this with only one camera, then I suggest swapping cameras and see if the problem moves with the camera or stays with the panel.

Also, double-check that the cable isn't damaged, and is fully seated at the camera. Check for any dirt/corrosion on the connector (both cable and camera).

Thanks for the response. I’ve tried with three other cameras and checked the cable and connections. Still not working.

It could of course be a failing panel (not supplying the proper voltage).
