What is the best alternative?

I've become increasingly disillusioned with Arlo and the total absence of any sofware updates that actually address their myriad problems.

Enough is enough.

Having wasted too much time trying to sort Arlo cam and UI issues I no longer have the time to research the best alternative but no doubt others have done so, reached conclusions and tested those alternative camera systems in real-time.

What are they please - with pros and cons .... and the cost!

The criteria for me remain the same and which initially (pre-actual use of course) put Arlo at the top of the choice tree:

-wireless capability

-smooth, simple UI - desktop & app

-top quality video - day & night

-easily accessible video storage - ideally free, or at sensible cost

Good, coherent customer service !!

Not much to ask really? But clearly it is for Arlo.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have performed so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
