Showing offline, but not

Hi,

I believe I have the Arlo Pro 2. I have the VMB4500 base station and 4 cameras.

Over the past several weeks, my cameras have been showing offline but still recording. At first, I could reboot the base station and they would show as being online for a while. Now they might just show online for a minute or two or not at all.

I don't believe there are any firmware or software updates.

Below is a screenshot after a reboot in which 1 camera showed online...

Any thoughts or suggestions?

App, browser (my.arlo.com) or both???

If you want to confirm the cameras, you can open the housing and remove the battery. There is a label inside.

Verified the cameras are Arlo Pro 2.

It seems to just be an issue with browser (my arlo).

I downloaded the app and it recognizes the cameras as online when the browser doesn't.

I've bounced back and forth between the app and browser a few times and each time that's the case.

Haven't used the app for a few months and prefer the browser, but so far that appears to be a work around.
