    <description>&lt;P&gt;When using the web portal:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have some cameras that report the wrong battery life compared to the mobile app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have some that report they are offline compared to mobile app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have had 2 incidents where I was clearly looking at another family.&amp;nbsp; (This camera was definitely not one of mine, nice house BTW).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All hardware is up to date.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried different browsers / cleared data, etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can’t say I have seen other peoples cameras using my account but have seen a few previous posts reporting similar.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I suspect that they could be something related to the web portal issues that have been around for several months with battery status, camera function status etc.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
