I keep getting logged out of the Arlo App on my iPhone

I have an iPhone and for some reason I keep getting "Logged out" of the Arlo Secure App and need to sign back in every 3 days or so. Any help would be appreciated.

Do you or someone you know happen to be logging in to another device or web portal with the same credentials?

Hello Shayne,

Thanks for the response, but no, no one is logging into another device or web portal with my credentials. It is quite weird, but hopefully someone will know what is going on. It happens and there are no statements saying I am being logged out, it happens and I only notice if I do not get a notification when I leave or come back to my home, as I have it on Geofencing.

Which version of the Arlo iOS app 3.6.8 installed?

I have version 3.6.8 (3421).

I got this information from the setting on the Arlo app on my phone.

Which iPhone model are you using as well as iOS, do you have iOS 16 installed?
