Camera issues

I have the 3 camera pro 2 setup, I damaged a camera and bought two spares and cannot get them to connect. They have paired successfully with my base station but won’t connect when I hit the live button. Am I missing something with my setup?? Thanks

Have you tried removing/reinsert the battery to reboot the camera?

Also, how far are the cameras from the base?

They are literally a metre from the base set…. I can take out batteries and try again

Also, perhaps move them a bit farther away (2-3 meters).

Am rebooting the base station to see if that sorts it. Batteries in and out no joy. A couple of metres away now

Is this happening in both the app and a PC browser?

Also, does camera positioning (or the video settings screen) show you the current camera view?
